Enhanced Navigation & Outlook Integration

The latest Act! Premium Cloud update introduces a more intuitive navigation experience by consolidating related sections into tabs within the left menu. This streamlined design allows users to easily switch between Contacts, Companies, Groups, Calendar & Task List, and Dashboards & Reports, including Act! Insights—improving workflow efficiency.

Act! Sidebar for Outlook has been enhanced with a refreshed design, customizable layouts, and new functionality, including the ability to view opportunities, create and edit notes, and log histories directly within Outlook.

Finally, a polished UI refresh ensures a cohesive look with a matching background color across the top and side menu, creating a more seamless user experience.
