We’ve made it even easier to get started. Installation is quick, appearance settings are now customizable, and the Home screen has been refined to surface what matters most—like your recent contacts, tasks, and calendar items—right when you need them.

Contacts, Reimagined for Real Work

Managing contacts on the go used to feel limiting. Not anymore.

Admins can now customize the contact layout directly within the app—adding or removing fields, even those custom ones you’ve created in Act! Premium Cloud. Whether you’re in the field or between meetings, you can tailor contact records to match your workflow.

You can also swipe left on a contact to quickly edit or delete, and download any attachments added to notes—all from your phone.

A Calendar That Works Like You Do

The calendar experience has been completely rethought to help you stay on top of your schedule. Switch between views, manage your task list, and create or clear activities on the fly. Most importantly, activities can now be linked directly to contacts and companies, giving your events the full context they need.

With global and proximity search built in, Act! Mobile makes it easy to find the people and information you need—when and where you need it. Even though this area hasn’t changed much recently, it’s still one of the most-loved features by those who rely on location-based customer access.

Yes, Companies Are Now Mobile Too

One of the biggest leaps forward? You can now create, manage, and edit Companies within Act! Mobile.

Just like with Contacts, there’s a full Layout Editor that lets you personalize how company information appears—so the structure you’ve set up on desktop now travels with you seamlessly.

Little Touches That Make a Big Difference

Beyond the headline features, we’ve added a number of subtle improvements designed to make your experience smoother:

  • The ID/Status picker now spans the whole screen and allows for multi-select
  • You can now view attachments linked to both activities and histories
  • The app version is clearly shown on the Account page, so you always know what you’re running
  • And, overall list views have received a clean, consistent UI update
