Act! v18 provides users with customer-managed subscriptions from within Act! for ultimate flexibility. Act! subscription users receive new service packs and feature releases with only one click as they are made available. Existing customers who have purchased recent versions are entitled to special loyalty pricing. Act! v18 is compatible with Windows® 10 and is Office 2016 Certified.

Act! emarketing and Call List Improvements

With Act! v18, Act! emarketing is now easier than ever for Team use. Account administrators are able to choose who can access and sign up for emarketing, send email campaigns, view specific Call Lists and utilize Smart Task automation for email marketing. Use of the Call List functionality requires an additional fee.

Updated Web UI

Act! v18 gives Act! Premium for Web users an updated, modern look and feel that was designed with efficiency in mind.

Web API Platform Enabled

With Act! v18, the all-new web API platform allows users to connect Act! to other business productivity tools to increase efficiency and save time on daily tasks. The Web API platform also provides users with the ability to develop new applications to increase productivity and streamline aspects of their business. The Act! Web API is only available to Act! Premium for Web and Act! Premium Cloud users.
