Act! Premium and Act! Premium Cloud
Membership Details (Monthly and Annual)
Payment, Term and Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew 12 months after the date of your initial purchase and every 12 months thereafter. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Declined payments or other failure to make payment will result in cancellation of your service and, if applicable, debt recovery action. See also our section on Billing Disputes below.
Addition of Users: Additional users may be added at any time. When adding new users, you will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the remaining time in your term (monthly or annual). Your anniversary date for all users will remain the date of your original purchase.
Act! Perpetual License Purchases (Only available in certain territories): For purchases of Act! perpetual licenses, there are no cancellations or refunds, unless otherwise stated in your applicable agreement with Swiftpage or its affiliates or as mandated by statute, regulation, or law.
Cancellation: To prevent automatic renewal, your subscription must be cancelled before your renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please contact email@example.com. No refunds will be processed for partial months or remaining months of service. Upon cancellation, access to the application is removed, unless perpetual license rights were purchased upfront. In the event of removal of access to Act! Premium Cloud, your data is retained and is available for 90 days.
Monthly Membership Details
Payment, Term and Renewal: All billing information can be managed securely online from within the Account & Billing section of the customer’s Act! Essentials account. Review Terms of Service here.
Cancellation: Account cancellations may be processed within the Account and billing section or by emailing our Act! Essentials Customer Success Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Declined payments or failure to make payment will result in a system downgrade of your account. Downgrade and Termination: To prevent automatic renewal, your subscription must be downgraded before your renewal date. No refunds will be processed for partial months (monthly subscription) or remaining months (annual subscription) of service. Any Act! emarketing account violating the Swiftpage Anti-Spam Policy is subject to termination of service. To learn more about the Swiftpage Anti-Spam Policy, click here.
As a current or prior customer of Swiftpage, you agree to allow Swiftpage to attempt settlement of any billing dispute for 30 days before disputing with any third party, credit card company or bank. Swiftpage simply requires that it be the first option in billing disputes. Should Swiftpage receive a chargeback or other reversed charge from a third party, credit card company or bank on your behalf before Swiftpage has been given a chance to resolve the issue, Swiftpage has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. Swiftpage charges a £25.00 Chargeback Fee per chargeback should a third party, credit card company or bank be used as a first resort in a billing dispute.
