Important Notice for Customers Using Act! v24<\/h1>\n

In accordance with the Act! Obsolescence Policy, Act! v24 will be retired on August 31, 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row”][vc_column][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1766394228717{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}” el_class=”container-sm”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

What this means for all Act! customers currently using Act! v24<\/h4>\n

After August 31, 2024, no further updates, hotfixes, or Service Packs will be made available to Act! Pro v24.x or Act! Premium v24.x products. Additionally, should you still be running Act! v24 after this date, you will no longer be eligible for technical support for any issues encountered with your software. View the Act! Obsolescence Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To avoid potential risk of disruption to your business, upgrading to the latest version of Act! is recommended. <\/strong>Changes to integrated 3rd-party products and services may also impact the use of Act! v24, including Google\u2122 and Microsoft\u00ae, and any issues encountered as a result will no longer be supported.<\/p>\n

If you are an active subscriber using Act! Premium v24<\/strong>, your subscription includes access to the latest version of Act!. For instructions on downloading Act! Premium v26, click here<\/a>. A new serial number is not required for this upgrade. If you are interested in moving Act! to the cloud, contact your Act! Account Manager at 020 3835 2800 <\/strong>or your Act!
