The latest update to Act! Cloud introduces a redesigned Lookup experience, making it easier to manage searches without changing how Lookups work. The new Lookup drawer lets you create queries using dropdown options, view and modify active lookups, re-run your five most recent lookups, access saved queries, and open advanced query options—all in one place. The “My Record” option is now located under your profile icon and takes you directly to your contact record—making navigation faster and more intuitive. We’ve also improved the Actions menu for Contacts and Opportunities by adding sort functionality, allowing for quicker access to key actions based on your preferred order.
