  • Phone Service is available 12 hours a day, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:30pm EST
  • Live Chat Assistance is available Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30pm EST
  • Priority queuing provides faster access to Support Specialists
  • Email non-urgent issues anytime and receive a 4 business-hour response.
  • Free password recovery
  • Discounted database repair service if required

Requirements:

  • Compatible with all ACT! by Sage Single and Multi User 2006 – 2009 products as referenced in our Obsolescence Policy.
  • Your system must meet the minimum requirements to be eligible at the time of purchase and required by Support Specialist when troubleshooting issues
