Getting Started Support includes phone, chat, and e-mail support for up to 30 days from the date of product registration. This service is limited to product installation, error messages, and simple database setup or conversion. Your system must meet the minimum system requirements to be eligible for support.

• 30 days of calls, Email, and Live Chat Assistance with our ACT! Support Specialists regarding product installation, error message, and simple database setup or conversion.
• Live Chat Assistance is available Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm EST.
• Phone Service is available 12 hours a day, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:30pm EST.
• Email non-urgent issues anytime and receive a 4 business hour turnaround.
