ACT! Database De-Duplication Wizard
The ACT! Database DeDuplication Wizard merges duplicate contact records. All notes, activities, sales, and group membership information of duplicate contacts can be merged into a single unique contact and all contact data can be merged on a field-by-field basis.
ACT! Alert
Make sure no one misses an important note for a contact! ACT! Alert allows you to attach editable messages to contacts that will pop-up when you look-up that contact.
Touched Wizard
See what's really being done in your ACT! database. This add-on allows you to create a group of the contacts that have had any of their data modified in a timeframe selected by the user.
Untouched Wizard
Find those lost leads! This add-on allows you to create a group of contacts that have not had any types of records modified based on the timeframe you select. Find people that have been forgotten and reactivate their account, or archive their data.
Attachment Migration Wizard
New server and now your attachments don't work? This add-on allows users to change the path of attachments stored within ACT!. (Note: This does not modify the attachment or its actual location, only the attachment link stored in ACT!.) Account Number Wizard
Create ID numbers for contacts based on fields. This add-on allows you to automatically create ID numbers for contacts based on dropdown lists and values that appear in fields. Plus, use the run-once utility to set up your database and assign numbers to existing contacts. Also included is a utility that allows you to add new IDs for new contacts you create.
