ACT! eStore - Order status
If your order was placed through the ACT! eStore, check your order status, view your invoice, and see the details of the order here.
Rebate status
If you have submitted a rebate, please check your rebate status online by entering your last name and your zip code or call 888-213-9916.
Note: Please allow six to eight weeks to receive your rebate. If your application has been received but was deemed incomplete, you will receive a postcard notifying you of the reason and how to resubmit your claim.
Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your ACT! software, you're entitled
to a money-back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase.
