If you are new to ACT! or are upgrading from ACT! 2005 (7.0), ACT! 2006 (8.0), ACT! 2007 (9.0), or ACT! 2008 (10.0), you are not affected by this issue. Products Affected:

For customers converting data from ACT! 3.x, 4.x, 5.x (2000), or 6.x (2004):
- You may install the product you purchased, but before converting your ACT! 3.x, 4.x, 5.x (2000), or 6.x (2004) data, you must apply a Hotfix in order to preserve the original date for the following fields:
- Contact Create Date
- Group Create Date
- Last Meeting
- Last Reach
- Last Attempt
- Last Letter Sent
- If you have already converted data from ACT! 3.x, 4.x, 5.x (2000), or 6.x (2004) and wish to retain the original date for the Contact Create Date, Group Create Date, Last Meeting, Last Reach, Last Attempt and Last Letter Sent fields, please locate your ACT! 3.x, 4.x, 5.x (2000), or 6.x (2004) database and contact ACT! Customer Service at (877) 386-8083. You will not be billed for this call.
