Upgrade Pricing ​Eligibility Policy

Swiftpage’s Upgrade Pricing Eligibility Policy entitles customers with specific recent releases access to preferred pricing to move to Act! subscription. If you’re using a version of Act! that falls outside the eligible versions listed below, you’re not eligible for preferred pricing and will instead need to subscribe to Act! at new customer pricing.

Products Currently Eligible for Upgrade Pricing:

Subscription customers in North America (v18+) retain any pricing incentives they may have for as long as they remain active continuously on subscription. These incentives are no longer applicable should a subscription customer cancel, then choose to re-subscribe at a later date.

Support Obsolescence Policy

Swiftpage's Support Obsolescence Policy is to support the current release and specific recent releases of a product. Customers with an active support plan that are using an obsolete product will receive support through the expiration of the existing support plan. You're not able to renew your support contract unless you upgrade to a supported version of Act!. If you upgrade prior to the expiration of your support plan, your plan will be transferred to the new product and remain valid until the plan expires.

For access to support, you must have a current support plan or be a current Act! Subscription customer.
