ACT! for Web 1.0 users:
ACT! Premium for Web 2005 is a new product based on the ACT! Premium
platform and is not an upgrade to ACT! for Web 1.0. ACT! Premium for Web 2005 works as a standalone product or in conjunction with ACT! Premium for Workgroups 2005. The new modernized Web interface offers a similar look and feel to the
Windows interface, with added Web perks such as the Quick Search button and
single-click drill down access to contact details.
This new Web product offers many new exciting features above and beyond your
current product. Some of these include: the ability to perform and track mail
merges, the ability to customize reports and layouts, Company Records to manage
contacts at the company level, scalability and performance to accommodate up to
50 networked users , and many more!
For a detailed listing, please see:
Because ACT! Premium for Web is a completely new product, there are some
differences between this product and your current Web product. The Gap Analysis
below is not an exhaustive list of all changes from one version to the next.
However, it covers many core product changes you may encounter.

defined by the user’s preference settings. |

lookup. |
