ACT! for Real Estate Solutions Important Announcement
Over the past several releases, exciting new features and extensive usability enhancements have been added to Sage ACT!. In addition, Sage has introduced powerful subscription-based services that work with Sage ACT!. These include sales and marketing services, plus the new Sage ACT! Connect, which gives Sage ACT! customers the ability to access critical contact and calendar details from popular smartphones and web browsers on a laptop and tablet, like the iPad®1.
In order to focus on the future successes of these significant advancements and others, Sage will no longer develop ACT! by Sage for Real Estate Solutions.
What does this mean? Sales of new and additional licenses of ACT! for Real Estate Solutions 2010 (v12) will no longer be available as of 11/30/11. Technical support will no longer be available as of the dates listed below (see chart). If you have an active support plan, you will continue to receive technical support until that contract expires.

If you decide to upgrade to Sage ACT! 2012, please download the upgrade documentation to help ensure a successful upgrade.
- Upgrade to the latest version of ACT! for Real Estate Solutions. You have the option to upgrade to the latest version of ACT! for Real Estate Solutions—ACT! by Sage for Real Estate 2010 (v12) and ACT! by Sage Premium Real Estate 2010 (v12) until 11/30/11. If you choose to do so, please note the Sales and Technical Support Retirement dates listed above (see chart). Call 800-991-2010 or contact your Sage ACT! Certified Consultant* for more information.
