Passport Overview

What is Sage SBD Passport?

Passport is the new gateway to the Sage SBD Knowledge Center, online chat, products and services, implemented to insure a safe, secure, and convenient online experience for you, our customer.

Passport membership is free to all our customers.
Passport can make your online experience easier and faster by remembering your login information. To remember your information, simply make sure the "Remember Me on Future Visits" box is checked when you log-in.

Member Login and Logout

Existing members of Sage SBD Passport (or a former Peachtree by Sage Passport) may login using their e-mail address and password on the Sage SBD Passport Login Page.

For your convenience, Sage SBD Passport will remember you when you return to the site (if you so desire) so you won't have to enter your information again. In order for Passport to remember you, simply click on the "Remember Me on Future Visits" on Future Visits check box. If you do not want us to remember you on future visits, then either deselect the "Remember Me on Future Visits" checkbox or log out of Passport.

If you've forgotten your password, or would like to create a new password, simply click on the "Reset Password" link.

Create a Sage SBD Passport Account

If you are new and need to create a Passport Account for the first time, simply click on the Create Account button on the Passport Login page. You will be led step-by-step through a series of screens and questions to collect information about you and your company.

Once this process is complete, you will receive a "Welcome to Sage SBD Passport" e-mail from Sage. This e-mail contains the link that you need to activate your Passport membership. Until you click on this link, you will not have access to new services.

Edit Your Member Profile

Once your new Passport Membership account has been created, you can edit your Member Profile at any time. Simply click on the "Edit my profile" link on the Navigation Bar on the left hand side of Sage SBD Passport. First, log in to Passport. Then make any needed changes to your member profile.

Login Problems

Should you experience difficulty logging in to Sage SBD Passport or creating your membership account for the first time, simply e-mail our customer support department at SagePassportHelp.sbd@sage.com.
