AddressGrabber Business is a single-click data entry and activity scheduler that automatically extracts and enters contact details into Act!. It also transfers addresses between Act! and shipping/accounting applications and schedules activities such as calls, meetings, and to-do's for incoming leads.
- Enters addresses from various sources into Act! with one click – e-mail signatures, Web pages, online yellow and white pages, web search results, CD directories, text files, and more
- Extracts contact fields like Name, Salutation, Title, Company, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone, Ext, Mobile Phone, E-mail, and URL
- Verifies addresses with online US Postal Services database before transferring it into Act!
- Creates Contacts and links contacts to existing Company record
- Creates a Company record if the company record does not exist
- Finds and updates contact information in an existing Act! record
- Transfers addresses to Business and/or Home Address section of Act!
- Quickly transfers contact details to Accounting (QuickBooks), Shipping (UPS, FedEx) and Online Shipping applications
