ACT! Premium for Web 2005 is designed to work with up to 50 users sharing a database depending on the size and usage of the database, server hardware and number and intensity of concurrent usage. Customer activation and registration are required. You must purchase one copy of ACT! Premium for Web 2005 per user. Customization of reports and layouts must be done on the ACT! Premium for Web server, but can then be accessed by either Windows or Web users. ACT! Premium for Web 2005 can only share a database with ACT! Premium for Workgroups 2005. Microsoft Internet Information Services is required.

For Handheld Users: ACT! Premium for Web 2005 does not synchronize with handheld devices. ACT! Premium for Workgroups 2005 is required for synchronization with handheld devices.
