"The single most important act I perform everyday is turning ACT! on to receive my Activity alerts. As I begin making calls based on these alerts, the notes and history are at my fingertips, which is very helpful when calling people I otherwise can't remember, much less my conversations with them from months earlier! I can input the conversation in ACT! as well as set another alert to call again. It doesn't hurt to put your wife and her family's names into the ACT! either. Combined with all of their important dates ACT!, has allowed me to also become son-in-law #1! I've tried them all, but only ACT! has truly made my job, at work AND home, easier. Thanks ACT!."

"Our social services company helps families caring for a loved ones with a developmental disabilities to take a break from that care – this is known as Respite Care. We are a state-funded, family-run organization that has grown tremendously over the past two years. By customizing ACT! to meet our customer service and recruiting needs, it has given us the ability to maintain that smaller organization feel. We are able to lookup information quickly and provide the level of personable customer service that our families need. "I ACT! with careful and prudent spending, purposively to make my company efficient and productive. But then there are so many reasons we use ACT! that go beyond cost. There is all the value that comes with the cost. ACT! is widely used and has an incredible presence in the industry. This provides all kinds of support including support groups and third party add-ons. When I hire an employee, I ask if they know how to use ACT!. Consistently, I find applicants that are fluent in ACT!. This saves me a tremendous amount of training time. I could go on and on. Asking someone to tell how they ACT! in 250 words or less is the hardest thing I have ever had to do with ACT!."
